Emma, our Nursery Principal, is overall responsible for all aspects across Aston Pierpoint Nursery and Aston House Preschool.
Emma is a highly qualified Early Years professional, and is very warm, welcoming and friendly. She maintains excellent relationships with children, parents and staff, building a positive and happy environment across the settings. Strong parent and community partnerships, built upon a very caring and motivated staff team, are the cornerstones upon which Emma operates the settings.

Trish, our Nursery Director, is a specialist in risk and regulatory compliance, controls and governance. Having led global programmes within investment banking across business and technology functions, she successfully implemented several large scale initiatives to comply with complex regulations pre and post financial crises. Trish faces off to Ofsted, the Local Authority and other governing bodies in order to ensure compliance against the regulatory framework while working closely with Emma to ensure a robust operational and control framework is in place for the daily running of the nursery.
