Our Baby Room Manager is Jemma, who is an experienced, warm and very friendly Nursery Practitioner. Jemma oversees our 3 – 15 months Baby Room and our older Baby Room for babies 16 – 24 months with support from Laila and Annabella.
Jemma heads up a caring and nurturing team of staff across both our Baby Rooms, who love working with our babies at the nursery. They create a very warm, home from home environment for our babies, with direct access to their own baby garden.
Our Baby Room team is made up of Qualified Childcare Practitioners, some also holding Degrees in Childhood studies and Child psychology, and we are also fortunate that several of our Baby Room team are mum’s themselves which our parents really like too.
Together with our Practitioners, external specialist teachers come in on several days during the week to the Baby Rooms to provide a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
