We accept both 15 and 30 hours funding for all children starting from 9 months upwards. Our Fee Schedule displays the fees payable after funding has been applied to the fees.
Funding Eligibility, Financial Support and Tax-Free Incentives for Childcare Costs

Parent Authorisation Funding Form
To receive government funding, both 15 hours and 30 hours for all age groups, parents must complete a Parent Authorisation Form no less than 2 weeks before the start of the term in which you wish us to start claiming funding.
Term start dates are 1st September, 1st January and 1st April. One Parent Authorisation Form must be completed each year between September – August. We can only accept Parent Authorisation Forms back electronically via email – any forms returned via hard copy will not be processed and no funding will be claimed.

Failure to return the Parent Authorisation Form electronically together with the below Webform (if applicable – see below), a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the term in which you wish us to start claiming funding or continue claiming funding for a new academic year, will result in funding for the term being forfeited.
What is Required from Parents for us to Claim either 15 or 30 hours Funding
Children 9 months – 3 years claiming 15 HOURS WORKING ENTITLEMENT FUNDING: Parent Authorisation Form (via email) + Funding Webform (below)
Children 3 – 4 years receiving only 15 HOURS UNIVERSAL FUNDING which all children aged 3-4 automatically receive: Parent Authorisation Form only (via email)
Children 3 – 4 years receiving 30 HOURS EXTENDED FUNDING for those children who receive BOTH 15 HOURS UNIVERSAL funding PLUS the EXTRA 15 HOURS EXTENDED FUNDING: Parent Authorisation Form (via email) + Funding Webform (below)
NB: Children under 3 will be entitled to receive 30 hours funding from September 2025.
Upon submitting the below Webform to us, you will also receive a copy confirming successful submission – if you do not receive a copy, it means it failed to submit and the nursery has not received a copy either.
By completing the Webform below, you provide your express written permission in compliance with the Data Protection Act for the nursery to undertake any online funding verifications and claims, early years pupil premium checks and claims, both of which will involve the submission of personal details provided to the nursery on Local Authority and Government website portals.
